Why are DRAM module kits unrecognizable when installed on certain motherboards?

When memory kits are installed on certain motherboards but could not be turned on normally, please double check whether the kits are installed on the same channel. If so, we recommend to have them installed on different channels; then confirm again whether they can be turned on successfully.
